A note about the schedule...Several NCC's have asked us about the conference schedule. It seems most of you are trying to figure out when you should plan to arrive. The schedule is still subject to minor changes, however I can tell you with certainty that check in will be from 2:00pm to 6:00pm on Thursday, Nov. 6th and that opening cermonies will begin at 7:00pm. No events (other than a breakfast) are scheduled for Sunday morning on the 9th. Hopefully this information will help plan your departure times. Following the pre-conference meeting with the RBD, we will post a final version of the schedule. If you would like to see the tentative schedule per the conference bid click here.
