- Proper format (letterhead and legislation examples on HogSync).
- Author(s) Name(s), Sponsor Name.
- Reason for writing Resolution.
- Reason RIC support would aid in pushing the idea of the Resolution forward.
- Why the Resolution matters, who it affects.
- What actions can be taken if RIC votes to support the Resolution.
- Meet with an RIC Exec and/or Advisor to ensure your Resolution is tangible to be passed and to go over the process.
